What we can't do, and what we got wrong

You should know the limits of anyone you hire. Here are ours, updated every month.

What we can't do

• We can't promise you'll show up in ChatGPT or on Google's first page. Nobody honestly can.
• We can't remove a Google review. Only Google can. We can help you report it the right way.

What we got wrong this month (October 2026)

• Some of our emails on Oct 22–23 showed our phone number as (224) 639-4969. The right number is (224) 369-4969. Fixed.
• Our free check said it asked Gemini. It only asked ChatGPT. Fixed Oct 24.
• On our example map, the "what machines see" side said "No machine check yet" for Vanmarc. Fixed Oct 31: the map now reads the real site.

Our sealed predictions

On Oct 30, 2026 we sealed 10 predictions about our own work, before knowing the answers. As each comes due, we'll mark it right or wrong here, including the misses.

Every full result is read by a person before it reaches you, and we reply the same day.
