Human Thought Map

What your customers say when you're not in the room

Before someone calls you, they write things down: in reviews, in forums, in neighbor groups. Not "best company near me", but what actually happened and what they're afraid of.

I collect those real words, short, with where and when they were written, so owners can see their business the way a customer feels it. Updated as I find more.

What this means for your business

  1. Say when you come out. People count the hours without heat, so put evenings and weekends on your Google listing and your website, in plain words.
  2. Show what a visit costs before they call. Price and the fear of being cheated are their biggest worries.
  3. Explain, and never push a plan. Customers praise the tech who explains; they regret the plan they were sold.
  4. Let your customers tell the story. A Saturday-night rescue, in a customer's words, does more than any ad.
