Nothing extra is charged without a written quote and your yes by email.
You see the work before you pay.
Hosting, domain and email accounts are paid by you directly to those companies. We tell you before you need them; their prices are set by them.
Cancel any month with one email.
AI answers change from day to day. We show you what the AI said, with the date, and what we changed. We never promise that an AI will recommend you.
We never put your private customer or account information into AI tools.

If we find a serious problem, you get a separate email before the report.

Single fixes

Quick fix $30. Standard fix $75. Every report says which kind a fix is, before you say yes.

What our words mean

Quick fix: one change to something already on your site or listing (for example wrong hours or an old phone number). Up to 30 minutes, including emails and testing.
Standard fix: a bigger change, or one new page from your site's existing design, written from facts you confirm (up to about 400 words). Up to 90 minutes, including emails and testing.
Page: one web address on your site, with one topic.
One round of changes: one list of changes you send us at once, after you see the work.
Serious problem: your website doesn't open, email to your business bounces, or your Google listing shows closed or a wrong phone number.
Nothing worth reporting: no new problem found and nothing got worse since last month. You still get the report.
