Most of your members don't realize how much has changed in the way customers find them. Today a customer looks them up on Google, on the map and in apps like ChatGPT before calling. A wrong hour or an old phone number sends that customer to the next name, and the owner never finds out.
What we offer, free
- A ready article for your newsletter or bulletin, about 500 words, in plain words: "What your customers see when they look you up, and 5 things to check this week." You can edit it.
- A 20-minute talk at your meeting or mixer, in English or Romanian: what customers and machines see about a local business, with real, dated examples shown with the owners' permission. No sales pitch.
- For members who want it: a free check of their own business, read by Remus.
What we ask
Nothing. If members want help afterwards, they contact us themselves.
