We're moving or changing our name. What do we update online?

In this order
- Google Business Profile: edit the same profile. Don't make a new one. Google may ask you to verify again.
- Your website: the first screen, the footer and the contact page.
- Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, Yelp and Facebook.
- Your phone greeting, email signature, invoices and vehicle.
- Tell your regular customers in one short message.
For a new name
register the new name with the state first, if it differs from your legal name. Keep the old name in your Google description for a while ("formerly [old name]"), so people who know you by the old name still find you.

Will I lose my reviews?
No, if you edit the same profile instead of making a new one.
Should I keep the old website address?
Keep it and point it to the new one, so old links still work.
