I lost access to my Google Business Profile
It's common: the profile was made years ago, by you on an old email, by a relative, or by a web designer. Now you can't change your hours or reply to reviews. The profile isn't lost. You need to find the account that owns it, or ask Google for access.

Step 1
try the accounts you already have. Go to business.google.com and sign in with every Google account you or your business ever used, including old Gmail addresses. If the profile appears, you're in.
Step 2
if none of them work, request access. Search your business on business.google.com. If someone else manages it, Google shows a "Request access" option. Fill it in. Google emails the current owner.
Step 3
wait for the answer. If the owner approves, you get access. If they don't answer in the time Google gives, Google may let you verify the business yourself. The screen tells you the next step.
Once you're back in
add a second owner you trust, and use an email the business will keep, not a personal one that may change.
Questions owners ask
Will I lose my reviews?
No. Reviews belong to the profile, not to the account that manages it.
Should I just make a new profile?
No. Two profiles for one business is a common reason Google suspends both.
Can you help?
Yes. We find which account owns it and walk you through getting it back. You stay the owner.
