We've been in business for years. Do we still need to check online?

Last updated: Oct 2026

Honest answer

your regulars know you. New customers don't. They look you up first, and what they find was often set up years ago.

Check once a year

  1. Your hours on Google, including holidays.
  2. Your phone number: tap it on your website and on Google. Does it dial?
  3. Your photos: do they still show your place and your team today?
  4. Your reviews: are the recent ones answered?
  5. Ask ChatGPT "What is [your business] in [your town]?" Is the answer right?

What we often see with established businesses

an old phone number still listed somewhere, a website made years ago that's hard to use on a phone, and an owner who doesn't know which email controls the Google profile.

Questions owners ask

We're busy enough. Why bother?

Because the customers you lose don't call to tell you. They just pick the next name.

Do we need a new website?

Often not. Fixing the first screen and the phone link can be enough.

Can you check for us?

Yes. The free check shows what a new customer sees, and we fix the first thing free.
